Molding Drying

Molding Drying

The production process of molding materials encompasses the manufacturing of decorative building materials used on the exterior facades of buildings, and every stage of this process directly affects the quality and durability of the product. Especially during the drying stage, humidity control and the custom design of dehumidifiers for the drying room directly affect whether the process is extended or shortened. At this stage, industrial dehumidifiers are used to maintain the ideal humidity level.

Molding production begins with the preparation of raw materials. Foam materials such as EPS (expanded polystyrene) or XPS (extruded polystyrene) are supplied in large blocks and cut to desired dimensions with minimum waste according to order requirements. This cutting process is performed precisely using computer-controlled machines and laser cutting technologies.

The cut molding profiles are coated with acrylic-based coating materials to increase durability and provide protection against external factors. After this coating process, the profiles are transported to drying rooms on specially designed carts for drying. Industrial dehumidifiers are used in drying rooms to eliminate seasonal drying time differences caused by summer and winter seasons.

Industrial dehumidifiers ensure that humidity levels in drying rooms are controlled, enabling the coating to dry properly and quickly. Equipment such as closed-circuit ventilation systems and rotor-type industrial dehumidifiers effectively remove moisture from the air to maintain ideal humidity levels. The dehumidifiers pass humid air through the dryer and send dry air back into the room. In this process, continuous monitoring and control systems of the dehumidifiers are used to automatically activate based on information received from sensors.

Dehumidifiers in drying rooms affect not only humidity but also temperature. Temperature control is also important for the coating to dry properly and for the profiles to maintain their shape. Industrial dehumidifiers that provide proper humidity and temperature control increase the durability of the coating and make it more resistant to external factors. Industrial dehumidifiers manufactured with superior Italian technology ensure a smooth and homogeneous surface on the coating and increase efficiency by shortening production time.

Industrial dehumidifiers are equipment integrated into the drying room during the molding production process that enables products coming from production to dry quickly without surface deformation. This ensures long-lasting products, achieving quality and durable products while increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
