Running continuously in the background, the Service Radar takes each device's thermodynamic operating regime over the past thirty days as a reference and identifies statistically significant deviations before the operator becomes aware of them. Gradually rising temperature trends, dehumidification capacity declining below expected values, and the time for filter-fouling pressure loss to reach the service threshold are quantified at an early stage. The AI-assisted analysis engine delivers a per-device assessment report to our technical team every morning, while weekly in-depth analyses generate a prioritised maintenance action list. This predictive approach enables intervention before a failure occurs, transforming unplanned downtime into planned maintenance.
