CD-TCR: Twin Condenser Industrial Dehumidifier

Standard condensing dehumidifiers cool humid air through the evaporator and then reheat the dry airstream across the internal condenser before returning it to the space. In this process, the work done by the compressor is transferred to the indoor environment as a thermal load, raising the ambient temperature. TCR (Twin Condenser Remote) technology was developed to eliminate this heat load entirely.

When the indoor humidity setpoint is reached, a solenoid valve activates and redirects hot compressor gas to an externally located condenser instead of the internal one.

Heat transfer from the internal condenser stops; only cooled dry air — not warm air — continues to be supplied to the space.

The thermal load is carried to the outdoor environment — a simultaneous cooling effect is achieved alongside humidity control, lowering the indoor temperature.

The compressor continues to use the full cooling capacity of the evaporator; dehumidification efficiency remains unchanged, only the thermal balance is re-established.

High-efficiency, washable and easily replaceable air filter

Defrost System

Electronic + thermostatic hot-gas defrost; enables effective operation at low ambient temperatures

Controls

Microprocessor digital panel; manages defrost cycles, compressor timer and alarm board

Duct Connection

Standard duct flanges on both supply and return sides; easy integration into existing ventilation systems

Condensate System

Condensate tray for fixed drain connection. Optional condensate pump

Power Supply

Operates on standard 400V three-phase supply; directly compatible with the existing electrical infrastructure of large industrial facilities
