Materials & Structural Features

Cataphoresis Coil Treatment

Copper tube coil with cataphoresis electrochemical coating for maximum protection against chlorine and other pool chemicals. Standard feature of the CDP series.

Housing (CDP 160-240)

Galvanised steel panels with epoxy powder coating; high resistance to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments. Removable panels for quick inspection.

Housing (CDP 360-980)

Aluminium profile frame with galvanised sheet metal panels; epoxy powder coated for heavy-duty industrial environments. Removable panels for fast access.

Compressor

Rotary compressor (CDP 160) or scroll compressor (CDP 240-980); mounted on vibration dampers with oil heater and thermal protection.

Fan

Galvanised steel centrifugal fan; statically and dynamically balanced. IP54 motors with 3-speed selection to match duct static pressure requirements.

Air Filter

High-efficiency washable polyurethane air filter; prevents coil fouling and simplifies maintenance.

Condensate Tray

Non-corrosive plastic (CDP 160-240) or stainless steel (CDP 360-980) condensate tray. ¾" fixed drain connection, optional condensate lifting pump.

Controls & Options

Integrated mechanical humidistat (standard). Optional remote digital humidistat or thermostat. Optional HOT GAS defrost for operation down to 3°C.
